Hiiii, I’m Ania.
My journey with CrossFit began in October 2014, that’s when i did my first WOD -Cindy-. That feeling you get after you finished with those high intensity trainings gets out automatically addicted! Seeing your body changing, you’re getting stronger not only phisically but mentally as well, breaking all the barriers you once had, makes you want to do more every time, oh and most important the community. The atmosphere in the box is something you have to experience yourself to know what Im talking about.
Braking al the barriers you once had makes you want to do more every time, but most important : the community. The atmosphere in the box is something you need to experience to know what i am talking about. To share that feeling and what i’ve learned made me do the CrossFit training course in July 2015. Quality of movement, safety and motivation are the most important principals during my training.
Beside CrossFit trainer i’m a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer at a gym in Delft.
